Description:
Villa Foresto, located in one of the most suggestive corners of Asolo, nicknamed the “village of villages”, boasts a fascinating history.
Originally the house was a modest tool shed of Casa Malipiero, the home of the famous Venetian composer Gianfrancesco Malipiero (Venice 1882-Asolo 1973) (Casa Malipiero, which is located a few dozen meters away, is now home to a Foundation named after the Maestro with the aim of preserving his memory).
The house was then rebuilt/restored in the 60s and inhabited by the housewife of the Malipiero family, in 2014 the house was completely rebuilt using mainly wood.
In the phase of defining the solution for the roofing part, Industrie Cotto Possagno was activated, which then managed the intervention to create a ventilated gable roof with an integrated photovoltaic system.
For the construction of the roof, Montagna bent tiles and Montagna E-coppo with black cell were used which, considering the two East-West slopes, have a maximum power of approximately 10 kWp!
Cotto Possagn0 managed both the supply and installation of the brick part and the photovoltaic part, including the complete installation and connection procedures.
